Why We Love This Roast
Our best-selling house blend brings with it just what its name says–good vibes! We wanted to roast something that’s approachable and includes great coffee from small farms, and this is it.
The goal here was to keep all the goodness that Central and South American coffees have to offer, without the bitterness or over-roasted taste that’s often associated with inexpensive blends. It makes an excellent rich, traditional cup of coffee, but you could also try it as a well-balanced traditional espresso or a stovetop espresso/moka pot/Bialetti brew.
